Viscoelastic Foam was first created for use in the NASA space program to help relieve the
pressure felt from g-forces created in the rocket launch and flight of the space shuttle.
Viscoelastic foam is regarded as the supreme cushioning material performing superbly
well in use, showing very little absorption of energy (pressure point reduction) and hence
good retention of its physical properties.
Viscoelastic comfort foam cradles the natural curves of your body to create correct
sleeping posture, this will help improve your blood circulation, and it also can
significantly reduce snoring, blood pressure, and morning headaches.
Using your own body heat and mass, it conforms to the exact shape and weight of your
own body.
The 8" mattress is covered in a soft removable zipper covered washable velour.
The mattress is supported by a heavy torsion style box spring, for maximum support.
